Homewood Suites in Franklin, TN seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead day‑to‑day hotel operations, coordinating with department heads to implement policies. You will represent leadership in guest interactions and support the General Manager's administrative duties.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field and at least four years of hotel management experience, plus fluency in English and familiarity with OSHA and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluently speak, read and understand English.
• Familiarity with OSHA, local health regulations and relevant current laws governing hazardous substances.
• Strong team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire new employees.
• Receives and resolves guest complaints.
• Assigns duties to department heads and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Supports the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in day-to-day operation.
• Steps in and acts as General Manager in their absence.
