You will lead teams across departments, optimize staffing, and coordinate with shifts. Strong English skills and hospitality leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
• Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing, coordinating shifts.
• Develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals.
• Monitor budgets and control labour costs.
• Drive guest experience, respond to complaints promptly.
• Lead marketing to up-sell hotel services and amenities.
• Ensure safety, compliance with health, safety and alcohol regulations.
