Job summary

Even Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to keep the property running smoothly, ensuring guest safety and comfort while upholding brand standards and delivering a distinctive guest experience.

You will support the General Manager in their absence, drive financial performance, lead teams, and foster a collaborative, compliant, and guest-focused environment across all departments. Responsibilities include staff planning, coaching, budgeting, and service recovery for high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Experience in extended stay hotel or similar size and complexity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations and staffing.
• Develop your team with coaching and feedback and set goals.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and compliance across departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle service recoveries.
• Monitor financial plans and control labor costs.
