Job summary

Extended Stay America in Pacifica, CA is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and improve profitability. You will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid English reading, writing and verbal communication with guests, associates and vendors.
• Experience operating a property management system.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with units of measure.
• Prior hotel experience is required.
• Supervisory experience of 8–15 hourly associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in daily hotel operations to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and job expectations.
• Enforce company standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor guest balances and facilitate refunds as needed.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing to stay within budget.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and escalate when needed.
• Support sales efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
