Job summary

Extended Stay America in Seattle–Mukilteo is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring optimum performance and guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest and associate issues and support efficiency across property management activities.

The role oversees 8–15 hourly associates, upholds brand standards, and collaborates with vendors to manage costs and revenues while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience supervising hourly staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing hotel operations daily.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and escalate when needed.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor safety and security procedures per company policy.
• Assist with inventory, budgeting, and revenue initiatives.
• Provide front desk coverage and other duties as needed.
