Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior AGM, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff across departments.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff training and tool availability.
• Supervise multiple departments and frontline operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing and payments.
• Deliver superior guest services and maintain security of assets.
• Conduct, report, and respond to guest inquiries and incidents.
