Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our stayAPT Suites North Little Rock location. You will supervise multiple departments, assist with guest services and property upkeep, and help keep operations profitable and guest‑ready.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and clear communication to ensure a superior guest experience. On‑call duties apply and daily pay options are available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or F&B) or a four-year degree with 2–3 years, or a two-year degree with 3–4 years related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager.
• Proactively spot challenges and tackle them to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and coach team members to grow through development programs.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests.
• Handle financial info and data to support hotel operations.
• Utilize Windows OS for reporting and management tasks.
• Uphold professional appearance and company grooming standards.
• Maintain a friendly, service‑oriented attitude with guests and staff.
