Ideal candidates hold a hospitality management degree and have 3+ years of managerial hospitality experience, with strong organizational and customer-service skills to lead teams and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist general manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel while maintaining guest service standards.
• Support human resources to improve turnover, staff motivation, and retention.
• Develop an annual budget with department heads and the general manager, and audit profitability throughout the year.
• Propose adjustments to increase hotel profitability by assessing department performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal rules and corporate or brand policies.
