Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel activities, ensuring top service standards and profitability. The role coordinates multiple departments and reports to the General Manager.

You will manage front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B workflows, focus on guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out, and drive cost control and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in hospitality management with supervisory roles.
• Skills: strong leadership, problem-solving, verbal communication, and organizational skills under pressure.
• Hilton experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Department Coordination: supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to keep operations seamless.
• Guest Experience: ensure high customer satisfaction from check-in to check-out, resolving complaints quickly and professionally.
• Staff Management: hiring, training, daily shift scheduling, and performance monitoring for operational staff.
• Budget and Inventory Control: monitor daily expenses, manage departmental budgets, and oversee inventory levels.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: maintain health, safety, and brand regulatory standards across the property.
