On the River Inn is seeking a Hotel Operations and Events Manager to lead daily guest-facing operations, manage F&B and front desk, and drive exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role partners with the GM to elevate service standards and profitability.

You will own group event planning, coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and Banquet teams, and ensure flawless onsite delivery from pre-arrival to post-departure. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality operations experience with supervisory responsibility for guest-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, and F&B service.
• Experience serving as onsite contact for group business, meetings, or events.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of all guest-facing departments and supervisors, ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead, schedule, and develop guest-facing team members; conduct training and coaching.
• Plan and execute group meetings, catering, and event requirements with Sales and Culinary teams.
