Riverside-Casino- is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, deliver exceptional service, and lead banquet staff during events.

The role requires ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, an associate’s degree or equivalent, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and forecasting skills. It is a full-time position with varied scheduling based on events and holidays.

Formación

• ServSafe certified or equivalent required or ability to obtain.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; minimum 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive banquet knowledge is a preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, plan and forecast.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure consistent service quality.
• Lead and develop Banquet Supervisors, Captains, Servers, and House Persons.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll for FOH; meet forecast and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with Iowa Health and government regulations.
• Manage cost-related expenditures and maintain service standards.
• Set up and present food and beverage in an appealing manner for events.
• Interact with guests from diverse backgrounds to create memorable experiences.
