Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hotel operations management experience.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational success of the hotel, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lead a team of department heads to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability with flexible hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly, including outside regular business hours.
• Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development, even during evening shifts and weekends.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue and enhance market position, potentially during off-peak times.
