Job summary

Five Rivers Hospitality Group is seeking a night auditor who loves interacting with guests and aims to ensure exceptional service. The role includes front desk duties, basic bookkeeping, and nightly financial reconciliations.

The position is overnight with flexible hours; prior hotel/front desk experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is $12.50 per hour, with training provided to bolster your hospitality career goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service required.
• Proficiency with computers; experience with reservation and accounting software desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Night audit/front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Overnight shift with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping and accounting procedures as required
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
