Job summary

ARK is seeking a friendly, numbers-savvy Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent in Orlando. You will manage night audit tasks, guest check-ins/outs, and daily financial reconciliations while delivering superior service.

The role requires an overnight shift with flexible hours; prior hospitality experience is a plus. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour with training and team support provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required.
• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay.
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping and accounting procedures as required.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
