Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part-time Night Auditor who combines people skills with numbers to deliver outstanding guest service overnight.

You will prepare financial reports, handle reservations and check-ins, reconcile transactions, and support front-office operations to ensure every guest leaves with a great impression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required.
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process.
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
