Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center in Sharonville, OH is seeking a night auditor who enjoys working with people and has bookkeeping experience. You will handle nightly reports, guest interactions, and front office duties while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.

This overnight role requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency, and flexibility for overnight shifts. Prior hospitality or guest services experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $15 to $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Overnight shift with flexible hours.
• Proficient in computers; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required.
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
• Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages.
