Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive experience in maintenance or related fields preferred.
• Prior knowledge of door lock systems and hotel equipment repair.
• Experience with Quore or similar hotel maintenance applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all equipment including air conditioning and plumbing.
• Respond to emergency situations and handle maintenance requests efficiently.
• Conduct daily property tours for debris removal and safety checks.
