Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces and back-of-house areas. You will work with vendors as needed and help ensure safety and proper operation of hotel systems.

Two years of hotel maintenance experience and knowledge of door locks, kitchen and laundry equipment, and related tools are preferred. Quore or similar maintenance software experience is a plus, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotels, construction, or general maintenance.
• Experience with door lock systems, construction tools and hotel equipment.
• Experience using maintenance software (e.g., Quore) or related applications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in guest rooms, laundry, kitchen, events spaces, restaurants, offices and public areas.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized and maintain inventory of supplies.
