Job summary
Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.
The role requires working Saturdays and Sundays and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, a 401K, and PTO. Two years of hotel maintenance experience, familiarity with door lock systems, and experience with Quore or similar software are preferred.
Qualifications
- Two years of progressive experience in hotels or hospitality maintenance.
- Experience with door lock systems and related tools.
- Experience with laundry, kitchen equipment and hotel equipment repair.
- Experience with Quore or similar hotel maintenance software.
- HVAC, Pool Operation certifications or equivalent regulatory requirements may apply.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and front of house areas.
- Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures to manufacturer specs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests promptly and professionally.
- Participate in life-safety and fire drill inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and inventories of supplies.
