General Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of our facilities, ensuring guest areas and equipment are in top condition.

The role requires experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and the ability to read technical manuals. You will contribute to safe, compliant operations while supporting guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as maintenance technician, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and friendly, professional manner.
• Inspect and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
