You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with housekeeping and front office to maintain high standards of readiness and service.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of maintenance, repair, or general handyman experience in hospitality or commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Replace or repair fixtures, fittings, and basic equipment as needed.
• Assist in ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Inspect guest rooms and facilities to identify maintenance issues early.
• Report major issues or system failures to supervisors promptly.
• Support upkeep of accurate maintenance records as required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
• Maintain a courteous and service‑oriented approach when interacting with guests.
