Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

The role involves tackling routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, and supporting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools; flexible to work any days, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
