The ideal candidate has experience as a maintenance technician in hospitality, strong plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as maintenance technician, preferably in hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and friendly, professional manner.
• Inspect and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
