OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, upkeep, and proactively maintain hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment. This role ensures all building systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting a comfortable, well‑maintained environment that enhances the guest experience.

The technician performs hands‑on maintenance work across the property and must respond quickly to service requests to minimize downtime and guest disruption, with flexibility for varied shifts

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in maintenance or handyman roles, ideally in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Travel: No travel required; on-property position.
• Physical: Able to perform active, physically demanding maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Replace or repair fixtures, fittings, and basic equipment as needed.
• Assist in ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently.
