Job summary

Valor is seeking an Engineering Maintenance role in Roswell, GA. Respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, well-maintained hotel environment. Responsibilities include handling boiler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus rounds and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment maintenance.
• Carpentry and renovation work as needed.
• Strong ability to communicate with management, staff and guests.
• Two years of maintenance and construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest service calls with courtesy and urgency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, guest rooms).
• Take water samples from boiler loops and treat water to maintain chemical levels.
• Monitor domestic hot/cold water and electrical switchgear for proper operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of engineering spaces and assist with daily operations.
