Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety management principles and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, and HVAC.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, occasionally unsupervised.

Skills

Experience in a hotel or related field

Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repair

Valid driver’s license

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

One-year college or technical school certificate
