Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC in Roswell, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and keep hotel equipment safe and reliable. You will work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, ensuring guest comfort and operational efficiency across the property.

You will join a team dedicated to high standards of hospitality, safety, and timely issue resolution, including emergency response and routine upkeep of all hotel systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of building maintenance and construction experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment and perform carpentry and renovations.
• Strong communication skills with management, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, pumps).
• Take water samples for boiler/loop systems and monitor chemical levels.
• Operate boiler, chiller, and electrical switchgear as needed.
• Keep engineering spaces clean and organized; log readings and maintenance requests.
• Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, power outages) and notify authorities.
• Assist with parking lot maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
