Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. The role requires safety-conscious, detail-oriented professionals who can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, and reporting shifts to management. Flex scheduling and on-site duties at the hotel are likely.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a team or alone, deliver safe and quality maintenance results.
• Ability to identify, report, and fix safety hazards and facility defects.
• Capable of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Must follow health and safety guidelines and stay compliant with hotel SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Complete work orders and report on shift activities for management.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and inventory checks.
• Respond to emergencies and support the Chief Engineer and management team.
