Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must read, write and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Adhere to safety rules, manuals, guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to keep premises pristine, including trash removal and upkeep of interior/exterior areas.
• Complete repairs per work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follow Green Shield workflow and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tools; ensure rooms and facilities are in good repair.
