Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Pittsburgh Cranberry property. You will ensure that all hotel equipment is functioning, and guest rooms are maintained in pristine condition.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and follow safety and company procedures to deliver a safe, clean environment for guests and colleagues. This role offers competitive wages and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections as outlined in Green Shield Binder.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tool inventory daily.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with issues per policies.
