Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and property in pristine condition. You will ensure all equipment functions, perform repairs from work orders, and complete preventative maintenance per the Green Shield Binder.

The role requires following safety guidelines, maintaining logs, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with cleaning and general hotel upkeep as needed. Strong English communication and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months related experience or training.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide best possible guest and associate experience.
• Perform maintenance and repairs per work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.
• Maintain records including PM deficiencies, inspections, and logs.
• Follow Green Shield workflow and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tools.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspected.
• Assist with cleaning and general hotel upkeep as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management and vendors.
