Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring that all property equipment functions and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning tasks as outlined by Green Shield Binder and management.

You will follow safety policies, interact with guests and associates, and monitor maintenance records to ensure compliance and quality across the property in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Use units of measurement for weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician ensures all property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Follows Green Shield Binder requirements and management directions to complete tasks on time.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning and ensures premises are pristine.
• Repairs listed on work orders promptly and professionally.
• Completes preventive maintenance inspections and records per policy.
• Maintains organized work areas and safeguards tools inventory.
