Job summary

Extended Stay America in Atlanta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment operates smoothly and guest rooms are kept in excellent repair, contributing to a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance per the Green Shield Binder, respond promptly to guest requests, maintain clean and organized work areas, and assist with emergencies as needed, while following company standards and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Respond to guest requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow Green Shield Binder tasks.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and tools; ensure tools are in good condition.
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with management as needed.
