Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a maintenance teammate to assist with preventative maintenance in a hotel setting. You will perform tasks such as painting, tile replacement, and light fixture updates to keep the property aligned with brand standards.

You will also handle minor repairs on TVs and essential building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances) and help maintain pool chemistry, logs, and safety. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventative maintenance, including changing ceiling tiles, painting, replacing light fixtures and bulbs to meet brand standards.
• Make minor adjustments and fixes to TV, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, as needed.
• Maintain request forms and logs for pool and chemicals and adjust pool chemicals as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety inside and outside the building.
• Other duties may be required.
