Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a maintenance associate to support hotel upkeep and brand standards. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and fix issues across TVs, electricals, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances, and maintain pool chemical logs while ensuring safety and curb appeal inside and outside the property.

The role requires a team player with a professional appearance, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Self-starting with a positive attitude.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventative maintenance, including changing ceiling tiles, painting, replacing light fixtures, light bulbs and other tasks to ensure the hotel is to brand standards.
• Make minor adjustments and fixes to TV, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens and other items, as needed.
• Maintain request forms and logs for pool and chemicals.
• Adjust pool chemicals as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety on both inside and outside of the building.
• Other duties as required.
