Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel maintenance professional to support preventative maintenance, fix daily issues, and keep facilities up to brand standards. You will perform tasks across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and appliances with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining pool logs, adjusting chemicals, and assisting with general upkeep and repairs. This role requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventative maintenance, including changing ceiling tiles, painting, replacing light fixtures, light bulbs and other tasks to ensure the hotel is to brand standards.
• Make minor adjustments and fixes to TV, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens and other items, as needed.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs and adjust pool chemicals as needed.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety on both inside and outside of the building.
• Perform other duties as required.
