Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform general hotel maintenance and ensure quality standards. The role involves routine upkeep of rooms, equipment, and common areas, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs, pool service, and exterior upkeep. The candidate should be able to lift 25–50 lbs, work with teams, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with repairs on hotel equipment including appliances, kitchen, laundry, boilers, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Service the hotel's pool and maintain logs of maintenance requests.
