Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair.
• Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and related trades.
• Follow standard operating procedures and brand standards; assist other departments as needed.
• Keep records of repairs, calendar maintenance and evaluations; participate in preventive maintenance.
