Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Worker to respond to general maintenance service calls under the supervision of the Director of Engineering. The role involves maintaining facilities, guest rooms and public spaces through carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and related tasks.

Candidate should be able to perform basic repairs, follow safety guidelines, and manage inventory of tools and supplies while ensuring timely completion of work orders with minimal guest disruption.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses or permits as required.
• Adhere to all safety and health requirements.
• Able to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Must have physical stamina for heavy outside work.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain building via carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and related tasks.
• Prioritize work orders to minimize guest disruption.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for safety and operation.
• Move furniture and luggage as needed; maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide manpower support to Hotel and assist with material procurement.
