Job summary

Mid-Continent Hospitality LLC is seeking a Maintenance Staff to support operations, maintenance, and repair across the property. The role includes completing preventive maintenance tasks, handling guest requests, and performing trade work such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring safety, and complying with health codes for pool and spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Trade license in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Acceptable MVR for the property.
• Heavy work: lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly.
• Long hours may be required.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, courteous service to guests and staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear uniform per brand standards.
• Follow company standards and safety regulations for hotel operations.
• Follow hotel and department procedures and policies.
• Report emergencies and unusual situations immediately.
• Address guest room maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist in operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (vinyl repair, touch‑up paint, minor furniture repair, etc.).
• Perform quarterly maintenance on ice machines, appliances, HVAC, pool equipment, etc.
• Assist with plumbing, laundry equipment, exhaust fans, vacuum cleaners, and other small equipment.
• Investigate alarms and report findings to the on‑duty manager.
• Identify and address safety concerns.
• Maintain pool and spa health code compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
