Job summary

Brandt Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel equipment running and guest experiences positive. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond quickly to requests from guests and staff.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and documenting maintenance in the log book; you will also assist other departments with moving items and maintaining cleanliness of public areas.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related technical crafts required or pursued.
• Ability to advance knowledge in these areas per brand standards.
• Prior facilities maintenance or engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and executes work orders for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and masonry as needed.
• Maintains fixtures and records maintenance in log book.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and supplies and keeps areas clean.
• Responds to guest requests promptly and escalates as needed.
