McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Hotel General Maintenance Technician to support the Chief Engineer by maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool systems. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and collaborating with engineers to minimize guest disruption.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in maintenance, strong communication, and hands-on experience with HVAC, painting, caulking, and pool chemistry.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ minimum experience in a maintenance-type position.
• Ability to communicate operational activities with management engineers and supervisors.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain safety protocols and organize tools and equipment.
• Assist with general facility upkeep of interior and exterior areas of the property.
