Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a Maintenance Utility to perform general maintenance and repair work across guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and other hotel facilities to keep the property safe, attractive, functional, and well‑maintained.

The role covers basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, painting, and grounds maintenance, requiring independent work, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong guest service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some maintenance experience or understanding of general maintenance work.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Inspect for safety hazards and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Maintain logs and documentation of work performed and maintenance activities.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and grounds as needed.
