Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure guest rooms and property are in excellent repair. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, manage tools, and uphold safety standards to deliver a clean and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, coordinating with management, and following ESA policies to support a comfortable, well-maintained stay for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair or replace damaged equipment and fixtures in a timely, professional manner.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance emergencies with urgency.
• Maintain organized and clean maintenance areas and inventory of tools.
• Protect guest safety and adhere to all ESA safety policies.
