Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance tasks from work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Respond to guest requests and facilities issues with prompt follow-up and clear communication.
• Conduct routine inspections of life safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as outlined in procedures.
