Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites is seeking a Maintenance Tech I in Centennial, CO. This role ensures safe, smooth operation of the property, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related repairs while upholding exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll implement safety and ergonomic programs, maintain records, and train junior team members. The position requires strong maintenance knowledge, English communication, and flexibility for emergency repairs, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across hotel systems.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical ops.
• Experience developing and monitoring safety and ergonomic programs.
• Building maintenance knowledge including plumbing and minor electrical.
• Ability to understand written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, HVAC.
• Develop and monitor safety and ergonomic compliance programs.
• Keep detailed records and reports of work performed.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I staff.
• Collaborate with management on recruitment and scheduling.
• Deliver courteous, service-oriented guest experiences with a +1 attitude.
