Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the hotel. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional guest environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, handling basic plumbing/electrical work, and supporting the maintenance team. Candidates should have prior maintenance experience, strong problem solving, and reliable,

Qualifications

Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
Good communication and team-player attitude.
Ability to work efficiently and safely.
Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
