Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep across the property. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

The role involves routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, and supporting the team on projects. A background in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
