Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the hotel. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to requests, basic plumbing/electrical work, and supporting the maintenance team while maintaining organized tools and spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
