Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, while maintaining organized workspaces and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Reliable, safety focused, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
